NOMINATIONS
Our
research staff consists of architectural historians, historians, and
project managers who are knowledgeable of the process required to have
your property declared eligible and nominated for listing on the
National Register of Historic Places.
We
can perform some or all of the below services relating to the
preparation of a National Register Nomination:

Establishment
of the applicable criteria for eligibility

Conducting
a complete historical (documentary) survey of the property

Analyzing
and documenting key architectural and landscape features

Photographing
the property in accordance with NPS standards

Preparation
and submission of a PIF (preliminary information form)

Representation
of the project at local or state meetings

Collecting
contact information for adjacent property owners

Preparation
of the National Register Nomination document

Design
and ordering of a National Register plaque
